♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ Yes, I gave it a full 5 hearts. A beautifully written story about a young woman who loses her job, a waitress job that she really enjoys, and because of her lack of experience has very few choices. She’s lived a safe and sheltered life and is forced to accept a position as a minder for a quadriplegic. She’s got no qualifications, but she’s got determination and her family is counting on her income.
Will Traynor, though recently wheelchair bound due to an accident, makes this job the most difficult, challenging and demeaning time of her life. Luisa, quirky and spunky, just won’t give up on him or on herself. Amazing things happen in this book. A beautiful, bittersweet and stick-with-you kind of book. You’ll think about, long, long after you’ve finished. You may even question what you believe. Go read this one.
